DESCRIPTION
The Credron Green Light GLA-EXPEx is a 2-way RF wireless expander designed to extend the range of Credron Lighting control products in an allNET EX network. The CLA-EXPEx is optimized for installation in building systems where a hard wind expander is necessary. Suitable for installation in plenum airspace, the GLA-EXPEx is built with a metal enclosure that mounts directly to a 4-inch square inch red box. Additionally, the CLA-EXPEx accepts a range of line voltages from 100 to 277 volts, which makes it easy to install in almost any location. Up to free GLA-EXPEx can be deployed in any allNET EX network.
infINET EX
Ultra-reliable infNET EX wireless technology provider identified 2-day RF communications throughout a residential or commercial structure without the need for physical control wiring. Employing a 2.4 GHz mesh network topology, such infNET EX decision functions are not expander, passing command signals through to every other infNET EX device within range (approximately 150 feet or 40 motors indoors), ensuring that every command reaches its intended destination without disruption.
The GLA-EXPEX commands with a Croston control system via an INFNET EX wireless gateway (GEN-RGW-EX, DNV-AP3MEX, or MC3—all sold separately). Up to 10G INFNET EX devices, including Common wireless keyboards and in wall soft tissues (solid separately), may consist on a single wireless network, and every device that is added to the network effectively increases the signal and stability of the entire network by providing multiple recurrent signal sets." Built-in dynamic frequency allocation continuously monitored 10^7 conditions and automatically selects the cleaned channels in present information from neighboring networks, cardless phones, and microwaves.

WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS
The device connects to the Crostron network via the infINET EX communications protocol. Use the procedures outlined below to join or leave an infINET EX network and to verify communications between the device and the control system.
Joining an infiNET EX Network
Before a device can be used in a lighting system, it must first join an infinit EX network by being acquired by an infinit EX gateway.
NOTE: A device can be acquired by only one gateway.
- Put the infNET EX gateway into Acquire mode from the utilised or from Creadman
Toolbox™, as described in its manual at www.creseron.com/manuals.
NOTE: In an environment where multiple gateways are installed, only one gateway?
should be in Acquire mode at any time.
- Place the device into Acquire mode.
a. Tap the STATUS button three times then press and hold it down
(Iap>ap-Iap-press hold) until the LED on the device binds once from amber to red (this can take up to 10 seconds).
b. Release the button to start the acquire process. The GLA-EXPEX LED starts to slowly blink, alternating between red and green to show that the device is actively opening the iNFEEL module.
scanning the IMNET EX NETWORK
- The device is acquired when the LED lights for 5 seconds.
- The LED starts to blink alternately between amber and red to indicate that the
device was not successfully acquired. Press the STATUS button to
acknowledge failure. Ensure gateway is in Acquire mode and within range
before attempting the acquire process again
- Once all devices have been acquired, take the gateway out of Acogave made. Refer to the gateway's operation guide, as described in its manual.
Leaving an infINET EX Network
To leave an infinit EX network put the device into Acquire mode, as described in "Joining an infinit EX Network" above, when no gateway is in Acquire mode.
Verifying Communications Status
To check the communications status of the device tap the STATUS button three times then press and hold it down (lap-lap-lap-press-inhold) for less than 2 seconds. The LED indicates the communication status. Refer to the following table for details.
| LED | COMMUNICATIONS STATUS |
| Turner on the 5 seconds Device is communicating with the control system. | |
| Blinks three times | Device is communicating with the gateway but the gateway is not communicating with the control system. |
| Blinks twice | Device was previously joined to the network but is not communicating with the gateway. |
| Blinks once | Device is not joined to the network. |
