Hoe verbind ik de muis met mijn computer?

Steek de USB-ontvanger in een vrije USB-poort. Zet de muis aan met de aan/uit-schakelaar. De muis wordt automatisch herkend. Werkt het niet? Druk dan op de verbindingsknop op de ontvanger en de muis.

De muis beweegt niet soepel. Wat kan ik doen?

Reinig de sensor aan de onderkant met een droog wattenstaafje. Zorg dat het oppervlak egaal en niet te glad is. Vervang de batterij als deze bijna leeg is.

Hoe lang gaat de batterij mee?

Bij normaal gebruik gaat een AA-batterij tot 12 maanden mee. De muis schakelt automatisch uit in de slaapstand om energie te besparen.

De muis werkt niet op mijn Mac. Wat nu?

De muis is compatibel met macOS. Controleer of de USB-ontvanger goed is aangesloten. Ga naar Systeemvoorkeuren > Bluetooth en schakel Bluetooth uit als deze aan staat. De muis gebruikt geen Bluetooth, maar een draadloze USB-ontvanger.

Kan ik de muis gebruiken zonder USB-ontvanger?

Nee, de muis maakt gebruik van een eigen 2,4 GHz-protocol en heeft de meegeleverde USB-ontvanger nodig. Verlies de ontvanger niet; deze is essentieel voor de verbinding.

Wat moet ik doen als de muis niet reageert?

Controleer of de batterij correct is geplaatst en voldoende stroom heeft. Probeer de ontvanger in een andere USB-poort. Schakel de muis uit en weer in. Herstart de computer.

Step 1:

Place a flat object such as a coin or key into the indentation between the clip ring and top ring and then gently rotate clockwise to remove the top ring. Put your AirTag inside.

Step 2

Using your fingers, gently press the two pieces together until you hear a snap. This will indicate that the AirTag is locked into the Belkin MSC012.

Insert a flat object such as a coin or key into the indentation located at the bottom of the Belkin MSC012.

Step 2

Twist the coin or key while holding the Belkin MSC012 firmly with your other hand. This will unlock the locking ring.

Step 3:

Pull out the AirTag from the Belkin MSC012.
