To use the heating mode of your ECG NM 119 milk frother, follow these steps:

Select the heating attachment (part no. 9 of the manual)
Pour the milk into the container between the minimum and maximum markers
Close the lid and briefly press the power button
Wait for the cycle to finish: the blue and red indicators will light up. Once finished, the blue indicator will turn off and the red one will blink for 30 seconds

The milk will be heated to approximately 65 degrees C (±5 degrees) and the cycle lasts about 130 to 140 seconds. It is normal for a small amount of foam to form even in heating mode.
