The engine oil capacity of the ALPINA AT3 98A with TRE 352 engine is 0.8 liters.

For filling and maintaining the engine oil:

Use a quality SAE 30 engine oil for temperatures between 5 and 35°C, or a 10W-30 oil for temperatures between -15 and +35°C.
Place the mower on a flat surface, clean the oil fill cap.
Unscrew the cap with the dipstick (figure 2.A), wipe the end of the dipstick (figure 2.B) and insert it until it contacts the hole, without screwing the cap back on.
Check that the oil level is between the MIN and MAX marks on the dipstick.
If filling is necessary, slowly pour the same oil up to the MAX mark, avoiding overflow.
Screw the cap back on tightly and wipe away any oil overflow.

Under no circumstances exceed the MAX mark, as an excessively high level can cause smoking at the exhaust and fouling of the spark plug or air filter.
