1. Check the dust container

Make sure the dust container has not reached the MAX level. If it has, empty it immediately. A full container significantly reduces suction.

2. Clean the filters (most common cause)

According to the manual, the filters should be cleaned regularly to maintain performance. Proceed as follows:

Remove the HEPA filter
Rinse it with hot water
Let it dry completely for 24 hours
Reassemble it once dry

The manual also specifies that the filters should be replaced every 6 months with regular use. If you have been using your vacuum cleaner frequently for several months, a replacement may be necessary.

3. Check for obstructions

Inspect the main suction mouth and the hose for clogs (hair, compacted dust, objects). Carefully remove them.

4. Clean the brush roll
