If the "Next" and "Finish" buttons do not appear when setting up the AKASO GO app for your EK7000 Pro camera, please check the following:

Update the AKASO GO app by downloading the latest version from your app store (iOS or Android). Older versions may have display bugs.
Check your Wi-Fi connection - The camera and your smartphone must be connected to the same EK7000 Pro Wi-Fi network. Press and hold the down button for 3 seconds on the camera to activate Wi-Fi and display the network credentials.
Restart the app - Completely close AKASO GO, then relaunch it. This often resolves temporary graphical interface issues.
Restart the camera - Turn off the camera completely, then turn it back on by pressing the mode button for 3 seconds until the indicator light turns on.
Clear the app cache - On Android, go to Settings > Apps > AKASO GO > Storage > Clear cache. On iOS, uninstall and reinstall the app.

How to connect the Akaso EK7000 Pro camera to your smartphone?

Activating WiFi on the camera

Turn on the camera and hold the Down button for three seconds to activate the WiFi connection. The network name (SSID) and password will be displayed on the camera screen.

Connecting the smartphone

Access the WiFi settings on your smartphone
Search for and select the network “EK7000 Pro”
Enter the password displayed on the camera screen

Pairing with the AKASO GO app

Once connected to the camera's WiFi:

Open the AKASO GO app (available on the App Store and Google Play)
Tap the “+” icon at the top right
Select “EK7000 Pro”
Choose “Live Preview” to activate synchronization

Important limitation for Apple devices

iPhone and iPad cannot download 4K or 2.7K videos via the AKASO GO app. To access this content, connect the camera to a Windows computer via USB cable.
