Headphones
- Be sure that your unit is at low volume level before connecting the headphone.
- Increase the volume gradually to a comfortable listening level.
CAUTION:
Hearing experts advise against the constant use of personal stereos played at high volume. Constant high volume use can lead to hearing loss. If you experience ringing in the ears or hearing loss, discontinue use and seek medical advice.

Using Batteries
1) To open the battery door: Push the door in the direction of the arrow.
2) Load two batteries into the compartment.
3) Placing batteries match polarity marks embossed on the bottom of the compartment.
4) Close the door manually.
Note:
When replacing batteries, replace both. Do not mix new one with the used one.
If the unit will not be used for a long period of time, remove the battery from the compartment.
Radio Operations
1) To turn on the unit, slide the Function Selector to AM/FM position.
2) Tune in the desired station by turning the Tuning Dial.
3) Adjust the volume level by volume dial.
4) To turn off the unit, slide the Fuction Selector to the OFF position.
Safety Instructions
1) Do not expose the unit to high temperature or humidity.
2) Do not subject the unit to severe impact, or place heavy objects on it.
3) Do not use strong detergent or solvent to clean the unit.
4) Do not try to disassemble and repair the device yourself.
