What type of CPU does the WT19M-FI support?

The WT19M-FI supports Intel B980 or above processors with Socket 988, including Ivy Bridge CPUs.

How do I clean the touch screen?

Disconnect the power before cleaning. Use a soft, moist cloth. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners.

Can I upgrade the RAM?

Yes, the system has two SO-DIMM DDR3 slots supporting up to 8GB total. Remove the rear cover and gently press the ejector clips to replace modules.

What is the touch sensitivity?

The PCT touch supports 10-finger multi-touch with surface pencil hardness ≥7H and can withstand over 20 million pen hits (180g load).

How do I dispose of this device properly?

Do not dispose in municipal trash. Recycle according to local regulations. Visit www.aopen.com under 'Green Products' for WEEE recycling information.

Does the device have a built-in webcam?

Yes, a 1.3MP webcam is integrated on the front bezel.

What operating systems support multi-touch?

Can I mount the unit on a wall?

Yes, the device has standard VESA 100x100mm mounting holes. Use the provided M4 screws (length 5mm) to attach the wall mount bracket.

How do I access the hidden keypad on the side?

The keypad is located on the left side and can be operated using a paper clip or sharp object to press power, brightness up, or brightness down.

Where can I find the drivers for the touch screen?

Drivers are on the included CD. For touch calibration issues, download the utility from global.aopen.com selecting product 'Warm Touch' and model 'WT19M-FI' under 'Utility'.

3. System Assembly

Remove back cover screws.

3-1. HDD Replacement

1. Unscrew the screw, and disconnect the SATA connector when swap HDD.

3-2. RAM Replacement

Opening the Rear Cover

Please open the rear cover first then remove and replace the RAM module.

You can refer to the motherboard layout to find the memory compartment.

Removing a RAM Module

1. Use both fingers to pull the ejector clips out of the sides of the module.
2. Slide the memory module out of the memory slot.

Installing a RAM Module

1. Slide the memory module into the memory slot and press down until the ejector clips click in place.

3-3. CPU Replacement

Step1: Unscerw fan Module screw as photo. Follow Number 4→3→2→1 remover Cooler.

Step3:Unscrew the CPU socket

Step4: Put the CPU into the socket, and check the direction.

Step5: Screw the CPU socket. Follow Number 1→2→3→4

3-4. Power Adapter Replacement

1. Disconnect the power cable from the I/O panel.

4-1. Wall Mount Kit Assembly

1. Fix the wall-mount bracket onto the wall.

2. Place the VESA bracket onto the VESA mounting holes on the system and fasten the screws (x4).

The shipping package includes a Driver CD in which you can find every individual driver and utility that enables you to install the drivers on the system.

Please insert the Driver CD into the drive and double click on the "index.htm" to select the models. You can refer to the drivers installation guide for each driver in the "Driver/Manual List".
