WARNING

INTRODUCTION
The MX ONDA hand blender model MX-BB2500 is equipped with a powerful motor which will allow you to beat and mix with great ease. It also includes an electronic speed control that will make it easier for you to adapt it to each type of food to be prepared (mayonnaise, smoothies, etc.).
BEFORE CONNECTING THE HAND BLENDER
- Read these instructions carefully and save them for later use.
- Check that the voltage of your outlet is 220-240 V \~ 50/60 Hz.
- Do not use an extension cord. If you decide to do so under your responsibility, only use an extension cord that is in good condition and suitable for the power of the appliance.
- The extension cord should be positioned in such a way that it does not hang over the counter or table so that children can pull it or trip over it.
- When not using the mixer, do not let the power cord hang over the edge of the surface where it is located, or come into contact with hot surfaces.
- Do not place the mixer on or near gas burners or hot electric plates.

After removing the packaging, check that the appliance is not damaged. If in doubt, do not use the appliance and contact the technical assistance staff.

Before use, clean the motor assembly as well as the accessories.
- To protect against the risk of electric shock and personal injury, do not immerse the cord, plug, or motor assembly in water or any other liquid, and DO NOT open the motor assembly.
- The packaging materials (plastic bags, styrofoam, etc.) must not be left within the reach of children, as they are a potential source of danger.
- The manufacturer declines any responsibility for damages resulting from improper, incorrect or reckless use of the appliance.
SECURITY MEASURES
When using electrical appliances, basic safety measures should always be observed to reduce the risk of electric shock and / or personal injury. These measures include the following:

- While the mixer is connected or in operation, do not neglect your vigilance and keep it out of the reach of children.
- To disconnect the mixer from the mains, gently pull the plug from the socket. Never do it by pulling on the cable.
- The use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer of the appliance may cause fire, electric shock or personal injury.
The mixer has very sharp moving parts, therefore, when handling or cleaning, take maximum precautions to avoid personal injury.

- Unplug the mixer, provided that:
- You are not using it.
- Put food or ingredients in the containers.
- There is a power outage, or a fuse or circuit breaker "blows".
- Change accessory.
- Before proceeding with your own maintenance cleaning.
- Never use the mixer in continuous operation for more than one minute and with hard food for more than 15 seconds.
- In case of breakdown, anomalies, if the mixer has been dropped, the plug or other parts show deterioration, or the cable is damaged, do not use the appliance and do not try to repair it yourself. Contact the closest MX ONDA Official Technical Service.

USE OF THE BLENDER
With this mixer you can mix or beat thick foods such as baby food, purees, etc., mix or stir dry foods and make mayonnaise, smoothies, etc.
Previous preparation
Before using the blender for the first time, it must be cleaned. See the Cleaning and Maintenance section of this manual.
Removable foot assembly and disassembly

Removing the detachable foot; On the sides of the motor assembly B there are the removable foot ejection buttons D, to remove the removable foot press both buttons D and separate the removable foot from the motor assembly B.

To insert the removable foot, make the central axis of the same coincide in the hole of the motor assembly, then insert it until you hear a "click", an indication that it is correctly retained.

Note:
During insertion or removal of the detachable foot, the mixer must remain unplugged. Make sure that the removable foot is perfectly attached to the motor assembly.
Mixer operation
The mixer incorporates an electronic speed control device in order to adapt the speed to each type of food.
The speed varies depending on the pressure of the speed control button A. Gently press this button until the mixer starts to run at minimum speed, choose the minimum speed for mixing or stirring dry food and select a higher speed for mixing, shake or whisk thick foods.
If you want to increase the speed, continue pressing the speed control button A until reaching the maximum (button pressed until the end of its travel), this speed is suitable for making mayonnaise, whipping egg whites, porridges, purees, sauces, etc.

The hand mixer is ideal for preparing sauces, creams, soups, mayonnaise, purees, porridges, smoothies or for mixing foods.
Once the removable foot is attached to the motor assembly as described in the Removable foot assembly and disassembly section, follow these steps:
- Pour the ingredients into a suitable container.
- Put the hand mixer into the bowl.
- Plug the appliance into a mains socket and press button A to start the motor. Depending on the pressure exerted on this button, you can select the desired speed. It is recommended to use the appliance discontinuously, that is, at intervals. With this you will obtain a better quality in the preparation of food and a lower effort of the engine.
- To avoid splashing during the process, the mixer must remain upright.
- Do not leave the mixer immobile, make circular movements and gently.
- Before removing the mixer from the container, stop the motor and unplug it from the mains socket.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- To avoid the danger of electrocution, before cleaning the appliance, disconnect it from the mains.
- The blades of the mixer foot should be cleaned by pouring soapy water into a suitable container and making them work as if they were normal use. Then clarify all the elements.
- Do not put the detachable foot in the dishwasher.
- Do not immerse the motor set in water or any other liquid, clean it only with a damp cloth and do not use abrasive products.
