How to turn on the Optoma ZK507-W projector?

Connect the power cord and source cable. The power indicator turns red. Press the Power button (⏻) on the keypad or remote control. A startup screen appears for about 10 seconds. The first time, you will need to select the language and orientation.

How to adjust image sharpness?

Use the focus ring located around the lens. Turn it clockwise or counterclockwise until the image is sharp. You can also adjust sharpness in the OSD menu (Display > Image Settings > Sharpness), from 1 to 15.

How to use the 3D function on this projector?

Make sure you are wearing DLP-Link 3D glasses. The projector must receive a 120 Hz signal. In the OSD menu (Display > 3D > 3D Mode), select On then choose the appropriate 3D format (SBS, Top and Bottom, etc.). 4K resolution is not supported in 3D mode.

How to connect an HDMI source?

Connect an HDMI cable to one of the two ports: HDMI 1 (v1.4) or HDMI 2 (v2.0 with MHL). The projector automatically detects the source. You can also press Source then select HDMI1 or HDMI2.

How to clean the dust filter?

Turn off the projector and unplug the power cord. Pull the dust filter compartment downward, then gently remove the filter. Clean or replace it. Put the compartment back in place. It is recommended to clean the filter every 3 months.

What to do if the image is inverted?

Access the OSD menu (Settings > Projection) and select the correct orientation from Front, Rear, Ceiling-top or Rear-top.

How to adjust image height?

Use the adjustable tilt feet under the projector. Turn the adjustable foot clockwise to lower the projector or counterclockwise to raise it. You can also use the lens shift by turning the corresponding knob under the top cover.

How to use the remote control?

Insert two AAA batteries into the rear compartment. Point the remote at the front or back IR sensor of the projector (maximum distance 7 m, angle ±30°). Some keys (e.g., HDMI1, HDMI2) allow direct source selection. If it malfunctions, check the batteries or obstacles.

How to activate HDR mode?

The projector automatically detects HDR content if Dynamic Range is set to Auto in the menu Display > Image Settings > Dynamic Range. You can also select HDR or HDR SIM. in Display Mode to simulate HDR on non-HDR content.

What to do if the projector overheats?

The Temp indicator lights up red. The projector turns off automatically. Check that the ventilation openings are not blocked and that the ambient temperature is below 40 °C. Let it cool for 10 minutes before turning it back on. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
