How do I connect my computer to the projector?

Use a standard HDMI cable. Plug one end into your computer and the other into the projector's HDMI port. Select the corresponding HDMI source via the input menu.

What is the lifespan of the laser light source?

The DuraCore laser source offers up to 30,000 hours in Eco mode, which is about 10 years of daily 8-hour use.

How do I clean the air filter?

Turn off the projector and unplug it. Open the filter compartment (located on the side). Remove the filter and vacuum the dust with a low-power vacuum cleaner. Put it back after it is completely dry.

Can I mount the projector on the ceiling?

Yes, the ZK1320 is compatible with a ceiling mount (not included). Use a standard mounting kit (4x M4 mounting points). Make sure the mount can support a weight of 13.5 kg.

What resolutions are supported?

The projector accepts resolutions up to 4K UHD (3840x2160) at 60 Hz. It also scales 1080p, 720p, etc. signals.

How do I use keystone correction?

In the 'Image Settings' menu, select 'Keystone Correction'. Use the directional keys on the remote control to adjust the image vertically and horizontally until it is rectangular.

Is the projector 3D compatible?

Yes, it supports 3D via HDMI 1.4a (144 Hz). You will need active 3D glasses (sold separately) and an infrared emitter (built-in). Enable 3D in the 'Display' menu.

How do I update the firmware?

Download the latest firmware version from the Optoma website. Copy the file to a USB drive formatted as FAT32. Insert the drive into the projector's USB port, go to 'Settings > Update', and follow the instructions.

Why is the image distorted or blurry?

First check the focus (focus ring on the lens). Ensure the projector is perpendicular to the screen. If necessary, use keystone correction or lens shift.

Can I use the projector without the remote control?

Yes, the buttons on the top of the projector allow you to power on, navigate menus, and adjust volume. However, some advanced functions require the remote control.
