Do I need to cut or splice wires for installation?
No, the AOEM-HON20 is a plug-and-play adapter. Simply connect the factory harness to the adapter and then to your aftermarket radio. No cutting or splicing required.

The cable length is approximately 12 inches (30 cm), which is sufficient for most dash installations.
Can I use this adapter with an amplifier?
The adapter itself does not amplify. It only passes audio signals. If you need to connect an amplifier, ensure your aftermarket radio has preamp outputs and use appropriate RCA cables.

What should I do if the adapter doesn't fit?
Double-check your vehicle's model year and radio connector type. The AOEM-HON20 uses a 16-pin connector. If it still doesn't fit, consult PAC's compatibility chart or contact support.
Does the adapter require any power source?
No, the adapter is passive. Power for the radio comes directly from the factory harness. The adapter simply routes the connections.
