How to turn on the ZH550T projector?

Plug in the power cord, then press the Power button on the control panel or remote control. The LED indicator turns green.

How to clean the air filter?

Turn off and unplug the projector. Remove the filter cover, take out the filter and clean it with a vacuum cleaner or water (let it dry completely before putting it back). Replace it every 500 hours of use.

The LED lamp does not turn on, what to do?

Check that the power cord is properly plugged in and that the outlet works. If the power indicator flashes red, consult the error code in the manual. A reset may be necessary via the menu.

How to connect an HDMI device?

Use a standard HDMI cable. Connect one end to the projector (port HDMI 1 or HDMI 2) and the other to your source (PC, set-top box, etc.). Then select the corresponding input in the Source menu.

How to adjust focus and zoom?

Use the focus ring and the zoom ring on the lens. For motorized zoom, use the Zoom buttons on the remote control or control panel.

The image is distorted, how to correct it?

Enable automatic keystone correction via the Display menu or use manual sliders to adjust horizontal and vertical. You can also move the projector so that it is perpendicular to the screen.

How to use the network function (HDBaseT)?

Connect a Cat6 cable between the projector and a compatible HDBaseT transmitter. Select the HDBaseT input in the source menu. Make sure the distance does not exceed 100 meters.

The menu is in English, how to change it to French?

Press the Menu button on the remote control, go to Language, select French and confirm with Enter.

How to replace the air filter?

Obtain a replacement filter specific to the ZH550T. Turn off the projector, unplug it, open the filter compartment, remove the old filter and insert the new one. Close the cover and reset the filter counter in the Maintenance menu.

The projector overheats and shuts down, what to do?

Check that the air intakes and filter are not blocked. Clean the filter if necessary. Make sure there is sufficient ventilation around the projector (at least 30 cm of free space). If the problem persists, contact customer service.
