How to clean the projector lens?

Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth. For stubborn stains, slightly dampen the cloth with optical lens cleaner. Never use abrasive products or solvents.

What is the lifespan of the light source?

The ZH420's laser light source has a nominal lifespan of 30,000 hours in Eco mode, reducing maintenance costs.

Can I replace the lamp myself?

The ZH420 uses an integrated laser light source. It is not user-replaceable. At end of life, contact an authorized service for replacement.

How to clean the air filter?

Turn off and unplug the device. Open the filter compartment (located on the side). Remove the filter and vacuum it with a low-power vacuum cleaner. Replace it after drying. Perform this operation every 500 hours of use.

Why is the image blurry?

First check the focus by turning the focus ring. Make sure the projection distance is appropriate. If blurriness persists, clean the lens with a soft cloth.

How to correct a distorted image (keystone)?

Use the keystone correction in the OSD (On-Screen Display) menu. The ZH420 offers vertical and horizontal correction of ±30 degrees.

Which cables are included in the box?

The projector comes with a power cable, a HDMI cable, and a VGA cable. The user manual is provided in digital format.

Can I connect a Bluetooth speaker?

No, the ZH420 does not have Bluetooth. You can use the 3.5mm audio output to connect wired external speakers or use an external Bluetooth adapter.

What is the power consumption in standby?

Standby consumption is less than 0.5 watt, compliant with energy-saving standards.

How to reset to factory settings?

Go to the Configuration menu (Settings), then select Reset. Confirm with the OK button. The device will restart with the original settings.
