Frequently Asked Questions - SC41A9 SAMSUNG

How do I clean the filter on my Samsung SC41A9?

Why is my vacuum losing suction?
Possible causes include a full dust bin, clogged filter, or blockage in the hose or nozzle. Empty the dust bin, wash the filter, and check for obstructions. Also ensure the hose is not split.
Can I use the vacuum without the filter?
No, operating without the filter can damage the motor and reduce performance. Always use with the HEPA filter installed.

What accessories come with the SC41A9?

Is the Samsung SC41A9 bagless?
Yes, it is a bagless vacuum with a transparent dust bin for easy monitoring of the dirt level.
Why does the vacuum turn off suddenly?

Can I wash the dust bin?
Yes, the dust bin can be washed with mild soap and water. Ensure it is completely dry before reinserting.
Where can I find spare parts?
Samsung authorized service centers or online retailers offer replacement filters, hoses, and nozzles. Use genuine parts for best performance.

WARNING: Please do not attempt to operate the cleaner without a dust bag fitted.

4 CYCLONIC FILTER (ONLY CYCLONIC FILTER TYPES)

You can use a dust bag in your cleaner for a long time thanks to the Cyclonic Filter system and it maintains the maximum cleaning efficiency.

The larger particles of dust filtered from the Cyclonic Filter remain in the Dust Barrel when suctioned air and dust revolve in the Cyclonic Filter. So the dust bag contains only smaller ones.

When the Dust Barrel is filled with dust up to the indicating line, it needs disposing and cleaning. The Dust Barrel can be cleaned in water.

  1. Turn the Dust Barrel to the left and pull it.
  2. Disconnect the Cyclonic Filter from the extension wand and handle.
  3. Remove thread and hair tangled around the net.
  4. After cleaning the Dust Barrel and Cyclonic Filter, connect the Cyclonic Filter with the extension wand and handle (washed parts should be dried in the shade thoroughly before assembling).

5. Push and turn the Dust Barrel to the right.

Adjust indicating marks each other carved on Dust Barrel and Cyclonic Filter.
