How do I pair my iLuv ISK914 speaker with a phone?

Turn on the speaker and it will enter pairing mode automatically (indicated by blinking blue LED). On your phone, enable Bluetooth and select "iLuv ISK914" from the list. If prompted for a PIN, enter 0000.

How long does the battery last on a full charge?

The battery life is up to 8 hours at moderate volume. Actual time varies with volume level and content.

How do I charge the speaker?

Use the included Micro USB cable to connect the speaker to a USB power source (5V/1A). The LED indicator will turn red while charging and change to blue when fully charged. Full charge takes about 3 hours.

Can I use the speaker while it is charging?

Yes, you can play music while the speaker is charging, but it may increase charging time.

Why is the speaker not connecting to my device?

Ensure the speaker is in pairing mode (blinking LED). Turn off Bluetooth on your device, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on. Also try resetting the speaker by turning it off and on again. If issues persist, forget the device from your Bluetooth list and re-pair.

How do I reset the speaker to factory settings?

With the speaker on, press and hold the Power and Volume + buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. The speaker will power off and reset. You will need to pair again.

Is the speaker water resistant?

Yes, it has an IPX5 rating, meaning it can withstand splashes of water from any direction. Do not submerge it.

What is the wireless range of the speaker?

The Bluetooth range is up to 10 meters (33 feet) in open space. Walls and obstacles may reduce range.

Can I use voice assistant with this speaker?

Yes, press and hold the Play/Pause button for about 2 seconds to activate your phone's voice assistant (Siri, Google Assistant, etc.). Ensure your phone is connected via Bluetooth.

CHARGING: Charge the keyboard for 3 hours before first use.

Recharge keyboard when the LED blinks red. Continue charging the unit until the charging light (amber LED) goes off.

When iSK912 / 914 is turned off, connection with paired GALAXY Tab must be re-established when powering back on. Switch to ON and press any key twice to reconnect.
