What should I do if the oven does not heat up?

First, check the power supply and circuit breaker. Ensure the oven function selector is set to a cooking mode. If it still doesn't heat, the heating element may need replacement.

Why won't the gas burners ignite?

If you hear a clicking sound but no flame, the thermocouple may be dirty or faulty. Clean the burner cap and thermocouple. Also check the gas supply is turned on.

How do I clean the oven properly?

Use a damp cloth and mild detergent for the enamel interior. Avoid abrasive cleaners. For stubborn stains, use a oven cleaner spray and wipe after 15 minutes.

Can I use aluminum foil in the oven?

It is not recommended to line the oven floor with foil as it can block heat circulation and damage the enamel. Use foil only on oven trays.

What does the flame failure device do?

It automatically cuts off the gas supply if the flame goes out, preventing gas leaks. If a burner keeps shutting off, the thermocouple may need cleaning.

How do I set the oven timer?

Turn the timer knob to the desired cooking time (up to 120 minutes). The oven will turn off automatically and an alarm will sound.

Why is there a gas smell when I turn on a burner?

This is normal during first use or after a long idle, as air in the gas lines is purged. If the smell persists, check for gas leaks using soapy water on connections.

What is the maximum capacity of the oven?

The oven has a 65-liter capacity, suitable for a large turkey or multiple trays. Ensure proper air circulation by not overcrowding.

How do I replace a burnt-out oven light?

Disconnect power, remove the light cover by unscrewing or sliding. Replace with a 300°C resistant bulb (E14 base). Reassemble and restore power.

Can I grill with the oven door open?

No, grilling should always be done with the door closed to maintain temperature control and prevent heat loss. The grill element gets very hot.

B. The removal of cooktop back guard

1) Remove the screws for fixing the back board. (See below pictures)

C. Remove the right and left bracket of the cooktop

1) Turn off the gas source.
2) Remove the screws on supporting blocks of both sides of the cooktop cover. (See below pictures)

1) Turnoff the gassupply, disconnect the power, removethe power line.
2) Removebackplateconnectionboard
3) Remove the screws of the end of the cooking plate connection the cup (See below pictures)
4) Push forward 10-20mm from behind of the stove board by hand, then use the appropriate force to squeeze the side of the stoveboard, takedownthestoveboardcarefully (can'ttakedownforcibly)

E. RemovalandReplacementofGlassDoor

1) Removethedoorandlieflatcarefully.
2) Removethescrewsforfixingsupportingblocksatthebottomofdoor.
3)Removethescrewsforfixinghandle,removethehandle,sealandwindowglassoutsidethedoor carefully.
4)Removethesilicainthefourcornersofinsideglasswithabladeorothertools.(Glasswithcare)
5) Replace glass in the same specifications provided by manufactures. (Glass must be high temperature and toughened)
