Turn off and unplug the vacuum. Open the bag compartment, remove the bag, and dispose of contents. Reinstall a new bag or clean if reusable.
How often should I replace the HEPA filter?
Replace the HEPA filter every 6–12 months, or sooner if suction decreases significantly. Rinse washable filters monthly.

How does the automatic cord rewind work?
Press the cord rewind button (usually on the back of the canister) while holding the plug. The cord retracts automatically. Do not let it whip.
What should I do if the vacuum overheats?
The unit has a thermal cut-off. Turn it off, unplug, check for blockages, and let it cool down for 30 minutes before restarting.
How do I change the belt?
Unplug the vacuum. Remove the brush roll cover, take out the old belt, and loop a new belt around the motor shaft and brush roll. Replace cover.
Can I use the vacuum on hardwood floors?
Yes, use the floor nozzle with bristles retracted or a dedicated hardwood setting. Avoid using the rotating brush on delicate surfaces.
How do I clean the brush roll?
