The washing machine may freeze when it drops below 0°C.
- Turn off the washing machine, and unplug the power cord.
- Pour warm water over the water tap to loosen the water hose.
- Disconnect the water hose, and soak it in warm water.
- Pour warm water into the drum and leave it for about 10 minutes.
- Reconnect the water hose to the water tap.
NOTE
- When the washing machine is reused, make sure the ambient temperature is above 0^ C.
- If your washing machine is located in the room where it can get frozen easily, please drain the remaining water inside drain hose and inlet hose thoroughly.
- Please contact a technician if your washer is frozen.
