1. When in timer mode, hourglass symbol will appear on top right of the display.
   Enter the desired time using the H(hour), M(minute), and S(second) buttons.

2. Press '►/■' to start the countdown. To pause, press '►/■' again.

3. When the time reaches zero, the alarm will sound. Press '▶/■' to silence. Press 'MEM' to reset the timer to zero.

4. To count up, press "MEM" to reset timer to zero and press '▶/■' to begin counting up.

COUNTDOWN MEMORY:

To use this function, after setting the timer, press the '▶/■' button to begin countdown. Recall the time by pressing "MEM" after the first countdown is complete. Memory automatically resets after each completed countdown.

SETTING THE CLOCK:

1. Press "MODE" to switch to clock mode, a clock icon will appear in the top right of the display.

2. Enter the correct time using the H(hour), M(minute), and S(second) buttons.

NOTE:

A plastic strip is used to prevent battery drain during shipping. Pull gently to remove before use. There is also a cling over the digital display, remove before use.

BATTERY PRECAUTIONS:

1. Batteries may pose a choking hazard, do not let children handle batteries.
2. Do not dispose of batteries in fire, they may explode or leak.
3. Remove batteries if product will not be used for a long period of time.
4. Always replace all batteries at the same time; do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable (ni-cad, ni-mh, etc.) batteries.
5. Recycle or dispose of batteries per local regulations.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT:

Open the battery door and remove old battery, replace with new battery following the '+' polarity symbol. Replace the battery cover.
