Frequently Asked Questions - AC-MANAGE Anywhere Cart

What devices are compatible with the AC-MANAGE charger?
The AC-MANAGE charger is compatible with most USB-powered devices such as smartphones, tablets, e-readers, Bluetooth headphones, and portable speakers. It supports devices that charge via a standard USB-A cable.
Can I charge two devices simultaneously?
Yes, the AC-MANAGE has two USB-A ports that allow charging two devices at the same time. The total output is 4.8A (2.4A per port), so charging speed may vary depending on device requirements.
Is the charger safe to leave plugged in overnight?
Yes, the AC-MANAGE is equipped with multiple safety protections, including overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit, and overheat protection. It is designed to be left plugged in, but for optimal safety and energy savings, we recommend unplugging it when not in use.
Does the charger support fast charging (Quick Charge or USB-C Power Delivery)?
No, the AC-MANAGE provides standard 5V/2.4A charging per port. It does not support Quick Charge, USB-C PD, or other proprietary fast-charging protocols. Devices will charge at their standard rate.
What type of plug does it have?
The charger has a fixed US-style prongs (Type A). For international use, an appropriate plug adapter is required. The charger automatically accepts input voltages from 100V to 240V.
How do I clean the charger?
Unplug the charger first. Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the exterior. Do not use water, solvents, or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the ports are free of dust and debris.
What should I do if the charger stops working?
First, check if the power outlet is working and try a different USB cable. If the charger still does not work, it may be defective. Contact Anywhere Cart customer support for warranty assistance. Do not attempt to open or repair the device yourself.
Can I use the charger with a power bank or USB hub?
Yes, you can plug the AC-MANAGE into a power bank or USB hub as long as the source provides sufficient power (5V, at least 2A per port). However, using a low-power output may result in slow or no charging.
Is the charger travel-friendly?
Yes, it is compact and lightweight (3.2 oz), making it easy to pack in a carry-on bag or backpack. Note that it has a fixed US plug, so international users will need a travel adapter.
How long does it take to charge a typical smartphone?
Charging time depends on the device's battery capacity and cable quality. For a 3000mAh smartphone, it typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours using a single port at 2.4A.
