Measure your arm circumference at the midpoint between shoulder and elbow. Use the provided cuff which fits arms 22-32 cm. If your arm is outside this range, consult a manual for alternative cuffs.
How often should I replace the batteries?
Replace batteries when the low battery symbol appears on the display. Use fresh alkaline batteries for best performance. Remove batteries if not using for extended periods.
Is this monitor suitable for irregular heartbeat?
Yes, the device automatically detects irregular heartbeats during measurement and displays an irregular heartbeat symbol. This feature helps early detection but is not a diagnostic tool.
Can I use this monitor for multiple users?
Yes, it supports two user modes with separate memory (60 readings each). Press the user button to switch between user 1 and user 2 before measurement.
How do I clean the device?
Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the monitor and cuff. Do not use chemical cleaners or immerse in water. Avoid cleaning the cuff with water unless specified.
What does error code E1 mean?
Error E1 indicates the cuff is not properly placed or too loose. Ensure the cuff is snugly wrapped around your upper arm with the tubing aligned. Re-measure after correcting.
How should I store the device?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not drop or expose to moisture. The included storage case is ideal.
Is this device certified?
