Before using the appliance, please read carefully this instruction manual and keep it for future reference.

This instruction manual is designed to provide you with all required instructions related to the installation, use and maintenance of the appliance.

In order to operate the unit correctly and safety, please read this instruction manual carefully before installation and usage.

III. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING: the blades of the knife are extremely sharp. Handle them with caution.

• Read the instructions carefully before use.
• Open the lid after the blade stops rotating.
• The motor of the product cannot be used for other purposes.
• Before cleaning the product, please make sure to unplug the power cord. After the temperature drops to normal temperature, the components can be removed or cleaned.
• Ensure that the power cord is not hung from the edge of the table or counter, or to the surface of hot parts.
• Do not place in or near gas stoves, induction cookers, hot ovens, etc.
• Hand or tableware should not be in contact with the blade during chopping of food to avoid a safety hazard, resulting in personal injury or damage to the product; if a scraper is required, the product must be stopped before it can be used.
• Do not soak the power cord, plug, and motor in water or other liquids to avoid the risk of fire, electric leakage, or personal injury.
• If the child is operated or close to the use of this product, parents must accompany the guidance and supervision.
  • This product is not a children's toy and cannot be played.
• Avoid contact with moving parts.
• Use of accessories not recommended or sold by the original manufacturer may cause risks such as fire, electric leakage, or personal injury.
• If the power cord, plug is damaged or the unit is faulty, please stop using it and send the product to a nearby authorized service provider for testing and maintenance.
• This equipment must be used in accordance with the instructions and should not be used for other purposes.
• Make sure the main unit is firmly fixed before use.
• Do not attempt to shield the safety interlock of the lid.

WARNING:

• After the food is chopped, the blade assembly must be removed before processing the chopped food. Remember that the food cannot be processed by hand until the blade assembly is removed.
• Do not open the lid until the blade stops rotating.
• The blade assembly can only be used for chopping food in chopping bowls and should not be used for other purposes.
  • This unit is only for daily household use.

V. USING INSTRUCTIONS

Before using this product for the first time, clean the chopped bowl, bowl lid and blade assembly with soap and dry thoroughly; the bowl lid and blade assembly can be cleaned in a dishwasher; the motor uses a damp cloth. Wipe, do not immerse in water for cleaning.

1. Place the chopped bowl on the counter or other flat surface (place the bowl mat), then remove the blade assembly from the blade cover and install it on the shaft at the bottom of the bowl; be careful not to touch the blade as it is very sharp.
2. Put the food in the bowl, please refer to the chopping guide to get the best food condition.
3. Cover the lid and then place the main unit on the corresponding position of the lid. The bump on the lid will match the small hole on the main unit. Adjust the position according to the lock mark on the main unit and the lid until the main unit is locked.
4. Press and hold the switch button to chop.
   Note: This product is equipped with a pulse button, please avoid the machine running continuously for more than 30 seconds. The longer the continuous operation, the finer the texture of the food, and the short-time work is required for obtaining coarse food.
5. Make sure the blade is completely stopped before opening the bowl lid, unplug the power cord, pick up the main unit, then grasp the plastic bracket portion of the blade assembly, lift the blade assembly, and pick up the glass bowl to pour out the food inside.
   Note: Please do not use this chopped bowl for food storage!

FOOD CHOPPING GUIDE

Bread	Shred proper amount of bread into small pieces, it is recommended to use speed1 pulse to chop, work for 10 seconds, rest for 1 minute for one cycle, and perform several cycles of operation until a satisfactory chopping effect is achieved;
Fruits and Vegetables (canned, cooked)	Put up to 500g of food, it is recommended to use speed 1 pulse to chop, work for 10 seconds, rest for 1 minute for one cycle, and perform several cycles of operation until a satisfactory thick slurry effect is achieved;
Fresh celery and other leafy plants	Put a proper amount of food to be thoroughly cleaned and dry, it is recommended to use speed1 pulse to chop, work for 10 seconds, rest for 1 minute for one cycle, and perform several cycles of operation until a satisfactory chopping effect is achieved;
Nut	Put up to 250g of food, it is recommended to use speed 2 pulse to chop, work for 10 seconds, rest for 1 minute for one cycle, and perform several cycles of operation until a satisfactory thick slurry effect is achieved;
Cookies	Put up to 300g of food, it is recommended to use speed 2 pulse to chop, work for 10 seconds, rest for 1 minute for one cycle, and perform several cycles of operation until a satisfactory thick slurry effect is achieved;
Fresh beef/pork Cut into 60mm*20mm *20mm size block	Put up to 230g of food, it is recommended to use speed 2 pulse to chop, work for 10 seconds, rest for 1 minute for one cycle, and perform several cycles of operation until a satisfactory thick slurry effect is achieved;

VI. CLEANING AND MENTENANCE

Keep the product power off before cleaning.

After use, please clean the chopping bowl, bowl lid and blade assembly with warm water/soap/dishwasher immediately; clean the main unit with a damp cloth, the main unit should not be immersed in water.

Note: When cleaning the blade, the hand cannot be directly touched by the blade and can be cleaned by a cleaning tool such as a toothbrush. Do not use chemicals, steel, wood or rough materials to clean the product, otherwise it will damage the surface gloss of the product.
