How do I insert the SIM and memory card?

Turn off the phone, remove the back cover and battery. Insert the SIM card(s) into the slots with the gold contacts facing down. Insert the microSD card into the dedicated slot. Replace battery and cover.

Why is my battery draining quickly?

Battery life depends on usage. Reduce screen brightness, turn off Bluetooth/FM radio when not in use, and close background apps. If the battery is old, consider replacing it.

How can I charge the phone?

Connect the Micro USB cable to the phone and plug the charger into a wall outlet. A full charge takes approximately 2-3 hours. Use only the included or compatible charger.

The screen is not responding to touch. What should I do?

Ensure the screen is clean and dry. Remove any screen protector. If unresponsive, try a battery pull restart. If issue persists, contact support.

How do I take a photo?

Open the Camera app from the menu. Aim at the subject and press the center button or the side button (if available) to capture. Photos are saved in the gallery.

Why can't I hear the caller?

Check the volume during a call using the side keys. Ensure the earpiece is not blocked. If using speakerphone, switch back to normal mode.

How do I transfer files to a computer?

Connect the phone to a PC via Micro USB cable. Select 'File Transfer' mode on the phone (if prompted). The phone will appear as a removable drive.

What should I do if the phone gets wet?

Immediately remove the battery and SIM card. Dry all parts with a soft cloth and place in a bowl of uncooked rice for 24 hours. Do not use a hair dryer. Reassemble and test.

How do I set an alarm?

1. Remove the device's back cover using the notch.

   Before using your device for the first time, charge its battery completely.

   The first time you start up your Bush, the installation wizard will help you set up your device.

   If you have inserted a SIM card, you may need to enter a PIN code.
   Beware of typing a wrong PIN code.

If your mobile phone subscription includes a mobile data option, you should be connected to the Internet without any further setup. The phone will only have data signal if you are in an area covered by your provider's 2G/3G/4G network.

1. Touch and pull down the status bar to display it.
2. Touch again the bar to reveal the quick settings.
3. Select the Settings icon.
4. In Wireless & networks, select Data usage, then the SIM card tab.

1. Install the SIM card with your contacts in your phone.

Encryption
