How do I pair the smartwatch with my phone?

Download the SBS Fit app from the App Store or Google Play. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and open the app. Select your device (Next watch) and follow the on-screen pairing instructions.

Is the watch waterproof?

The watch has an IP68 rating, meaning it is protected against dust and can withstand immersion in fresh water up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes. However, it is not suitable for swimming or diving.

How long does the battery last?

Under typical usage, the battery lasts between 7 to 10 days. Heavy use (continuous heart rate monitoring, frequent notifications) may reduce battery life.

How do I charge the watch?

Connect the magnetic charging cable to the contacts on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a 5V power adapter. Charging time is approximately 2 hours.

Can I receive text messages and calls on the watch?

Yes, the watch displays incoming call alerts and text message notifications when connected to your phone. You can also reject calls directly from the watch.

How do I track my heart rate?

The watch automatically monitors your heart rate continuously. You can also manually measure it by going to the heart rate app on the watch. Data is synced to the SBS Fit app.

Does the watch support sleep tracking?

Yes, the watch automatically tracks your sleep (deep, light, and awake phases) when worn during the night. Open the app in the morning to view your sleep analysis.

What should I do if the watch stops responding?

Try restarting the watch by pressing and holding the side button for 10 seconds until the logo appears. If the issue persists, reset the watch via the settings menu or contact support.

Can I change the watch strap?

Yes, the strap is removable. Slide the quick-release pin at the strap attachment and pull the strap away. Attach a new compatible strap (20 mm width) by inserting the pin.

INITIAL USE

To start using Next Watch you need to ensure that the watch battery is charged and recharge it if necessary, by connecting it to a powered USB port of a PC or to a mobile phone charger.

It is also necessary to install and activate on your smartphone the free Go Life App available on Google Play and App Store. The App is compatible with iPhone 5 and later (iOS 8.0 or later) and Android smartphones released after 1/1/2014 with Android version 4.3 or later.

Go Life

- The activation of the watch must be done using the Go Life App installed and configured on your smartphone. The App needs to have all the necessary permissions. Bluetooth® and localization services must remain turned on.

- The App's main screen features a dedicated area that displays all connected devices. It is located in the bottom of the main screen. Once the watch is charged and switched on it is detected by the App automatically after 20-30 seconds and the icon representing the watch is visible in the aforementioned area. The icon will have a light grey background and will include the "+" sign in the upper left corner.

- To connect the watch, just touch the icon that appears and confirm the settings. Depending on your smartphone's operating system, you will be asked to confirm connection with the watch or allow Go Life to access your notifications. In either case, you must give your consent, or Go Life and the watch may not work properly.
