How do I pair the Valore BTS01 with my phone?

First, turn on the speaker by sliding the ON/OFF switch to ON. Activate Bluetooth on your phone and select 'Valore BTS01' from the device list. The LED will turn solid blue when connected. If pairing fails, turn off the speaker and retry.

How long does it take to fully charge the speaker?

The speaker takes up to 2.5 hours to charge fully. A red indicator light turns off when charging is complete. For first use, charge for at least 8 hours.

What should I do if the sound is too soft?

Check the volume levels on both the speaker (long press Volume +) and your mobile device. Also ensure the battery is not low. If problem persists, re-pair the devices.

Can I use a Micro SD card with this speaker?

Yes, the speaker supports Micro SD (TF) cards up to 32GB (not included). Insert the card into the TF card slot and press the Mode button to switch to TF mode.

How do I answer or reject a call?

Short press the Play/Pause/Answer button to answer a call. Short press again to hang up. Long press the same button to reject an incoming call.

What is the Bluetooth range of the speaker?

The effective wireless range is up to 10 meters (33 feet) in open space. Walls and obstacles can reduce the range.

How do I switch between Bluetooth and TF card mode?

Short press the Mode switch button to toggle between Bluetooth and TF card playback. The LED indicator may change color to indicate the mode.

What should I do if the speaker won't connect?

Ensure the speaker is charged and within 1 meter during pairing. Turn off other Bluetooth devices. Reset by turning the speaker off and on. If still not working, delete the pairing from your phone and repeat the steps.

START USING THE WIRELESS SPEAKER

1) Charging the wireless speaker

Connect the USB charging cable provided to the Micro USB charging port. A red indicator will light up when charging and will switch off when wireless speaker is fully charge.

Note: Please charge the speaker for at least 8 hours before first use. Please make sure that the speaker is switched off when charging is in progress.

2) Pairing the wireless speaker (switched off)

Single:

Step 1: Activate Bluetooth function on your mobile device to begin pairing with speaker.

Step 2: Switch on the speaker by shifting the ON/OFF switch to ON.

Step 3: Connect to the speaker by selecting ‘Valore BTS01’ under the device list.

Step 4: Once connected, the LED light at the will be solid blue.

Note: If the pairing is not successful, please turn off wireless speaker first, and then re-pair again. After pairing is successful, paired devices will remember each other. Unless pairing information is deleted because of new pairing, no need to pair when using the next time.

If you want to pair the wireless speaker with other devices, please turn off Bluetooth function of existing source device, and pair the wireless speaker with the new device according to steps 1-4 mentioned above.

3) Wireless speaker controls

Pause/Play/Answer: Short press to play/pause music. Short press to answer. Short press to hang up. Long press to reject call.

Previous/Volume - : Short press to go to previous song. Long press to reduce volume.

Next/Volume + : Short press to go to next song. Long press to increase volume.

Mode switch : Short press to switch between TF and Bluetooth mode.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Issue 1: Speaker is unable to connect successfully to your mobile device

Problem 1: Speaker's battery is flat

Solution: Fully charge the speaker (6 hours) and retry connection with your mobile device.

Problem 2: Speaker not paired to your mobile device

Solution: Make sure that the speaker is successfully paired upon selecting ‘Valore BTS01’ in the device list.

Problem 3: Speaker and mobile device too far apart

Solution: Make sure that the speaker is within a metre range during pairing and connection.

Problem 4: Speaker is connected to other mobile device

Solution: Make sure that the speaker has already been disconnected before making a new connection with a new device.

Issue 2: Sound from the speaker is too soft or silent

Problem 1: Speaker's battery is low / flat

Solution: Fully charge the speaker (6 hours) and retry connection with your mobile device.

Problem 2: Speaker or mobile device's volume is too low

Solution: Turn the volume of the speaker or mobile device up to increase the volume.

Problem 3: Music track may not be audible

Solution: Make sure that the music track is of a playable format for the mobile device.

Problem 4: Speaker and mobile device might not be connected properly.

Solution: Repeat the connection step via Bluetooth again to make sure that it is connected properly and try again.
