The main handle contains the wireless transmitter, activated by pushing the button. The Wireless Fitness Dumbbells work with our Go Life App that is available for free for iOS and Android smartphones via Apple AppStore and Google Play respectively. Please download the app before using the product.

1. To recharge the batteries: please connect the supplied Micro-USB wire to the Pc. It takes about an hour to fully charge the device. While charging the battery, the Led emits continuous light. When the battery is full the Led is turned off.
2. To turn on the device: press the button shortly and the Led will flash 2 times.
3. To turn off the device: keep the button pressed until the Led flashes 5 times. The device turns itself off automatically if left idle for over 5 minutes.

We advise you to recharge the device after every use.
