How do I charge the handset for the first time?
Place the handset in the base or charger and let it charge for at least 12 hours before first use. The battery indicator will show when fully charged.
Why is my phone not ringing?
Check that the ringer volume is turned up and not set to silent. Also ensure the handset is registered to the base and within range. If using a cordless phone, press and hold the # button to check ringer settings.
How do I set up the answering machine?
Press the Menu key, select Answering Machine, then choose Settings. You can record a greeting, set the number of rings, and enable/disable the machine.
