How to Use

Assembly with whisk/chopper
1. Pusher: Use it to gently push the vegetables or meat down so as to facilitate the processing of food. Never use fingers to press the food.
2. Feeder: Cut the food into small pieces and insert it through the feeder
3. Cover: The cover must be properly locked with Base before operating. Otherwise the appliance can not be started. Never remove cover before the blade or disc has completely stopped
4. Shredding blade: used for shredding of vegetables or grating of hard cheese.
5. Slicing blade: use for slicing potatoes, carrots and other vegetables

Before first use

Carefully unpack the food processor and remove any package material or label or stickers. Cleaning all the parts except Base following the instructions in Cleaning and Maintenance. Handle the blades or disc with extreme care as they are sharp.

Using the food processor

The food processor can be used for mincing meat, chopping nuts, shredding or slicing vegetables etc. using the different attachments to perform the various tasks.

How to Use

  1. chopping/mincing
    Position the bowl in base and turn it clockwise until locks with the base as illustrated b) Place the blade onto the stem of bowl. Always holding the stem of blade as blades is extremely sharp.
    Place the cover in the illustrated direction and turn it until the tab of cover lock with the Base. This is a safety feature which will enable the appliance can only operable when the cover is properly in place. Connect to mains supply.
    Cut the boneless meat or vegetables into small pieces and insert through the Feeder, use the Food pusher to press it if necessary. When the On button is depressed the food will be minced/chopped within seconds. Never overfill the bowl, particularly for beef, the max weight per time can be processed should not exceed 300g and the max running time cannot exceed 1 minute, with a minimum 2 minutes rest time must be maintained between two consecutive cycles.

2. slicing

Correctly position the bowl as illustrated above.

Assemble the Slicing disc on the Disc holder. Always align the right side with the Disc holder first and then press down the left side of Slicing disc with a little force. When removing the disc, reverse the Disc holder and press the right side of Slicing disc with force to release one side first.

Place the Disc holder into the center of bowl as illustrated and then close the cover. Make sure the cover is locked with the Base before operating. Cut the vegetables like potato, carrots, into pieces that can fit into the feed tube. If the food is too large to fit into the feed tube never press it with force.

Press the On button to begin operation.

3. Shredding

Operation is similar to that of slicing but using the shredding/grating disc instead.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance

Switch off the appliance and disconnect the power supply before cleaning. Empty the bowl and remove all attachments and immerse them in water for easier cleaning. The shredding and slicing disc are OK to wash in the dishwasher. Extreme caution must be taken when handling blade or disc as they are very sharp. Wipe the outside of base with cloth and Never immerse it into water as electric shock is possible. Then dry thoroughly. Ensure the interlock area is free of food particles. Some food may discolor the plastic of the bowl. This is normal and will not harm the plastic or effect the flavor of food. Rub with cloth dipped with vegetable oil to remove discoloration.
