What should I do if the door doesn't open during a cycle?

Press Start/Pause to pause the machine. Wait up to 1 minute for the door to unlock. If it remains locked, check if Child Lock is active (hold Child Lock button 5 sec). If water temperature or level is high, the door stays locked for safety. Turn off the power and restart to resume.

How do I clean the drain filter?

First, drain water from the drum (use a program or manual drain). Open the drain filter cover at the bottom front. Pull out the pump hose and remove the filter. Clean it under running water. Reinsert the filter and hose stopper, then close the cover. Ensure the filter is fully inserted.

What type of detergent should I use?

Use a low foam detergent (powder or liquid). For delicates, use liquid detergent. Do not use hot water above 50°C. Follow the detergent manufacturer's instructions. Fabric softener max 150 ml. Do not use bleach unless recommended.

How do I enable Child Lock?

Press and hold the Child Lock button for 5 seconds until the lock symbol lights up. To cancel, repeat the same procedure. When locked, all buttons except power are disabled. The door remains locked.

What does the U11 error display mean?

U11 indicates a drainage problem. Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Clean the drain filter. Ensure the drain hose is not too high (max 100 cm). If the issue persists, restart the machine.

How often should I run the Tub Clean program?

Run Tub Clean once a month or when the indicator flashes. Use chlorine bleach (200 ml) in the detergent drawer. Do not add laundry. The program runs for about 3 hours 45 minutes.

Can I open the door to add clothes during a wash?

Yes, when the Add Wash lamp is lit. Press Start/Pause to pause. Wait up to 1 minute until the door unlocks. Add clothes, close the door, and press Start/Pause again. Not all programs support this feature.

What is the maximum spin speed and how do I adjust it?

The maximum spin speed is 1400 rpm. Press the Spin button to cycle through options: 500, 700, 1200, 1400 rpm, or Drain Only (no spin). Available speeds depend on the selected program.

How do I level the washing machine?

Use a spirit level on top of the machine. Loosen the lock nuts on the adjustable feet and turn them to adjust height. Ensure the machine is stable (no wobble). Tighten the lock nuts. Refer to the manual for detailed steps.

What should I do if the machine vibrates excessively?

Check if the anchor bolts were removed during installation. Ensure the machine is on a solid, level floor. Eliminate uneven loads by adding or removing items. Metal items may cause noise. Also, ensure the feet are adjusted properly.
