SAFETY ECOMMENDATIONS
Read the instructions carefully before using your appliance. Moulinex declines all liability in the event of misuse.
Children and disabled people should only use this appliance under close supervision; keep the product and power cord out of reach.
Check that the voltage shown on the appliance's marking plate matches your electrical system's voltage. Any connection or handling error invalidates the warranty. - Never touch parts while they are moving.
Never handle the blender attachment's blade while the appliance is plugged in.
• Always unplug the appliance before assembling, disassembling or cleaning it 3.
- Never dismantle the appliance. No user intervention is required, other than normal cleaning and product care.
Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug is damaged. To avoid danger, always have it replaced by an approved Moulinex Service Centre (refer to the list in the "Moulinex Service" leaflet).
For your safety, only use Moulinex accessories and replacement parts designed for your appliance.
Do not operate continuously for more than a minute at a time.

OPE ATION
Clean the accessories in soapy water before using the product for the first time. Rinse and dry them thoroughly.
Insert the blender attachment on the motor unit (A) until it clicks into place.
4 Plug in the appliance and press the Start button (B), pressing gently for the slow speed setting, and more firmly for the Turbo setting.
Before using the mini-chopper, carefully fit the blade (H3) onto the centre shaft in the bowl (H1). Place the food into the bowl. Turn the lid to lock it into place on the bowl. Fit the motor unit on the lid. Before using the whisk attachment, insert the whisk (F) into its mounting (E), then fit this assembly onto the motor unit.

Plug in the appliance and press the Start button (B).
Press the Eject button (C) to release accessories when you have finished using them. Pull the whisk (F) to remove it from its mounting.
Practical tips
To prevent spillages, do not fill your container more than two-thirds full 6. The food preparation must cover at least the bottom of the mixer in order to ensure effective mixing.
Remove the cooking container from the heat source when mixing hot preparations. For best mixing results, move the blender attachment around inside the container.
When processing stringy food, such as leeks or celery, clean the blender attachment regularly during use, observing the safety recommendations relating to disassembly and cleaning.
With fruit-based preparations, stone and cut the fruit beforehand.
Do not use the blender attachment with hard foods such as coffee beans, ice cubes, sugar lumps, cereals or chocolate.

MAYONNAISE

TE 1 WHOLE EGG, 1 TSP MUSTARD, 1 TBSP VINEGAR, 250 MLOIL, SALT ANDPEPPER.
You can use the whisk (F) to make light mixtures such as mayonnaise, pancake batter or clafoutis mix, whipped egg-whites or whipped cream.
The mini-chopper (H) is ideal for chopping parsley, condiments, meat (200g), hazelnuts (125g), cheese (125g), breadcrumbs, baby food, etc.
Allow cooked foods to cool slightly before placing them in the bowl.
Remove any bones or gristle from meat before placing it in the bowl.
CLEANING
Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
Never place the appliance, power cord or plug in water or any other liquid.
Never place the motor unit (A), whisk mounting (E) or mini-chopper lid (H2) in the dishwasher or under running water.
Instead, wipe them clean with a damp sponge.
The blender attachment (with the blade upwards), whisk attachment (whisk upwards), beaker, mini-chopper bowl and blade are dishwasher safe.
We recommend detaching and cleaning the blender attachment promptly after use.
