How do I pair the ESG 5 headphones with my phone?

Turn on the headphones by holding the power button for 3 seconds until the LED flashes red and blue. Enable Bluetooth on your phone and select 'ESG 5' from the list. If prompted, enter PIN 0000.

How do I charge the headphones?

Connect the included Micro USB cable to the charging port on the right earcup and the other end to a USB power source. The LED will turn red during charging and turn off when fully charged (about 2 hours).

What is the battery life?

The battery lasts up to 20 hours of continuous playback at moderate volume. Actual life may vary based on volume level and usage.

Can I use the headphones while charging?

Yes, you can use the headphones in wired mode (with the 3.5mm cable) while charging, but Bluetooth playback is not available during charging.

How do I reset the headphones?

If the headphones are unresponsive, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until the LED turns off, then release. Turn them back on normally.

Are the headphones water-resistant?

No, the ESG 5 headphones are not water-resistant. Keep them away from water and moisture to avoid damage.

Can I use the headphones with a non-Bluetooth device?

Yes, you can use the included 3.5mm audio cable to connect to devices without Bluetooth, such as older MP3 players or on airplanes.

How do I answer a call?

When a call comes in, press the multifunction button once to answer. Press again to end the call. You can also long-press to reject a call.

What should I do if the sound is only coming from one side?

First, check the audio cable connection if using wired mode. For Bluetooth, ensure the source device is not in mono mode. Also, try resetting the headphones as described above.

Switching on and off the device

Plug the 3.5 mm jack audio cable (5) and the USB cable (6) into your PC or console to start using your Headphones ESG 5 Shock. If your source device features two separate audio and microphone connections, you can use the 2 male to 1 female mini jack adapter (4) that comes with the product.

• Slide the Microphone On/Off (1) switch up or down to switch on or off the microphone.
• Press the Vibration On/Off (2) button to switch on or off the vibration mode.

Note: We recommend leaving a distance of approximately 5 cm between lips and microphone to ensure optimal performance.

Safety

• Before using the headphones, turn the volume down and slowly turn it up until you set an appropriate volume level.
