Frequently Asked Questions - FSBNN3MSR-BL Furrion

How do I connect the soundbar to my TV?
You can connect via Bluetooth, optical cable, or AUX cable. For Bluetooth, put the soundbar in pairing mode (press the Bluetooth button on the remote or soundbar) and select 'Furrion FSBNN3MSR' on your TV. For optical, plug the cable into the TV’s optical out and the soundbar’s optical in, then select the optical input on the soundbar.
Why is there no sound coming from the soundbar?
Check that the soundbar is powered on and the volume is turned up. Ensure the correct input source is selected (e.g., Bluetooth, optical, AUX). Verify that your TV or device is outputting audio (check TV audio settings). Also, ensure the mute function is not activated.
How do I reset the soundbar to factory settings?
To reset, press and hold the Power button for about 10 seconds until the indicator light flashes. Release the button. The soundbar will restart and all settings will be cleared.
Can I mount the soundbar on the wall?
Yes, the soundbar is wall mountable. Use the included mounting brackets and screws. Ensure the wall can support the weight. Follow the installation instructions in the manual.
How do I clean the soundbar?
Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use any liquids, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the surface.
What is the Bluetooth range?
The Bluetooth range is approximately 33 feet (10 meters) in open space. Obstacles like walls may reduce the range.
The remote control is not working. What should I do?
First, check if the batteries are inserted correctly and have charge. Replace with new AAA batteries if needed. Ensure there are no obstacles between the remote and the soundbar. Point the remote directly at the soundbar’s IR sensor.
Can I use the soundbar with a computer?
Yes, you can connect the soundbar to a computer via Bluetooth, AUX cable, or optical cable (if the computer has an optical output). Select the appropriate input on the soundbar.
What do I do if the soundbar turns off by itself?
This may be due to the auto power-off feature, which activates after a period of inactivity (e.g., 10-15 minutes). To disable it, check the settings or press any button on the remote or soundbar. If the issue persists, reset the soundbar.
Is the soundbar compatible with all TV brands?
Yes, the soundbar is compatible with any TV that has a Bluetooth, optical audio output, or AUX input. It works with all major brands including Samsung, LG, Sony, Vizio, etc.
