The tile cutter number 4417154 is suitable for accurate cutting and breaking of ceramic tiles as well as for diagonal and angled cuts up to 45^ .

●Safety, care and disposal notes

■Place the tile cutter on an even, stable surface to use.

■Ensure that the screw connections are firmly tightened.

■Pay attention to ensure good motion of the cutting and breaking mechanism (3) on the guide rails (4).

Wear protective gloves!

Wear a dust protection mask!

■After use, remove dirt and dust from the tile cutter with a damp cloth. Wipe down the guide rails with an oily cloth.

■Store the tile cutter in a dry place away from children.

■Defective tile cutters that can no longer be used must be disposed of in accordance with the local regulations.

●Notes regarding use

Preparation:

If you have never used a tile cutter before, practise a few times on some old tiles before using the tile cutter on new tiles.

Please, keep the tool away from children!

At the angle stop, set the cutting width and cutting angle. Place the required tile section up against the measuring table. PUSH the cutting wheel (1) across the glazed surface of the tile with even pressure on the lever (3).

After cutting through the glaze of the tile, use the breaking head (2) and push down on the lever to break the tile at the cutting line. Caution: The cutting wheel should not touch the tile whilst you are breaking it (see the figure)!

Remove the tile pieces by pulling out to the sides. Worn cutting wheels may be replaced easily. Remember the cutting wheel has a diameter of 22mm!
