CLC warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 80 days from the date of purchase, Please complete the warranty registration form for your purchase online at www.goclc.com/register, or print the registration form and return it via mail with a copy of your receipt. Retain your receipt. Should you check the required payment for any of the products, please reflect or make a defect or malfunction during the warranty period. CLC will repair or replace the unit, at its discretion. DO NOT RETURN TO STORE. To return this product to CLC, please contact us via our website (www.goclc.com) to request a Return Authorization (RGA). All merchandise must be returned to CLC freight prepaid by the sender with the RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Your proof-of-purchase in the form of a store receipt that clearly indicates the item's price and value of the sale of the retail contract. If you are eligible for sale, you may have a deposit amount of \25 if you are receiving a receipt will be charged \25 for repair outside of warranty. Before returning the unit for warranty inspection, please check the unit for operation by installing new batteries, if this does not resolve the issue, remove the batteries and pack the unit in a well-packed shipping carton. Enclose a copy of the store receipt, a note indicating the nature of the defect, and your contact information is provided to you. If you are eligible for sale, you may have a deposit amount of \$25 if you are returning your item without a receipt or after the 90-day warranty has expired.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

This warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it is intended. This warranty does not cover products which have been: 1) damaged by negligence, willful acts of abuse, misuse, or accidental damage, 2) damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification, or 3) damage due to excessive heat. Return shipping is not included under this warranty. This warranty is not intended for any loss arising from the use of any liability whatsoever against the product other than the original purchaser, in no event will CLC or any of its affiliates, contractors, retailers, their officers, directors, shareholders, members, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages, any lost profits, or actuals, exemplary, and/or equivalent to the status of the loan with the loan servicer. This warranty is not intended for any loss arising from the use of any liability whatsoever against the original purchaser of the product. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of consequential damages, so these restrictions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Your acknowledgement and agreement to fully and completely abide by the above mentioned herein. This warranty is not intended for any loss arising from the use of any liability whatsoever against the default currency (cash, cashier's check, money order or credit card) for purchase of your CLC product;

Thank you for purchasing our Pro Contractor's Business Portfolio with LED Light. The integrated LED light is designed to help you read and write in low light conditions. The LED light has a flexible arm which can be positioned to your preference.

OPERATION

Open the portfolio and remove the writing pad. Remove the "PULL" tab extending from the right side of the battery compartment cover (Fig 1-A). Replace the writing pad. Point the LED light to your work area. Press the power switch (avoid looking directly into the light) on the back of the light (Fig 2). When finished, press the power switch once again for the light to go off.

REPLACING BATTERIES

If necessary, you may replace the batteries using a small Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the battery compartment cover (Fig 3). Load the batteries (requires 2 each CR2016) making sure that the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals are properly oriented. Carefully, reinstall the cover and screws taking care not to over-tighten the screws. Dispose of used batteries properly (refer to local regulations and disposal options). Do not dispose of depleted batteries with normal household waste.

CARE & USE

Store your Pro Contractor's Business Portfolio with LED Light in a cool, dry location. Remove dust and dirt with a towel or soft brush to clean.
