When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

1. Read all instructions carefully.

2. Before using the unit, check if the voltage indicated corresponds with the convenience outlet (230Va.c.).

3. Do not use a two-way socket with another appliance.

4. Do not use any appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged it should be replaced with the same type and size or bring the unit to the nearest authorized service center.

5. Do not place the unit near a gas stove, an electric burner or in a heated oven.

6. Place the unit on a stable surface; keep it away from the edge of the counter to avoid accidents.

7. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.

8. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

9. Extreme caution must be exercised when using an appliance containing hot water or liquids in the cooker when cooking.

10. Do not allow the cord to touch the hot surface of the unit.

11. For protection against electric shock, do not immerse the unit in water or any other liquids.

12. Always ensure that the lid is closed and do not lift while cooking. Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the cooking process. Do not touch the hot surfaces of the appliance.

13. Allow the unit to cool down before cleaning.

14. Not intended for outdoor use.

15. Never place the appliance near hot surfaces.

16. No parts are dishwasher safe.

17. Do not exceed into the maximum capacity, if the appliance is overfilled the water or liquid may come out due to cooking food is above the maximum capacity.

18. Carry or move the appliance only by its handle.

19. In case of malfunctions, please bring the appliance to the nearest Authorized Imarflex Service Center.

20. Avoid water spillage into the socket, connector, cord and alike.

21. Appliance body may get very hot, be careful when handling.

22. Do not use the appliance if the pot is damaged or has cracked.

23. Use of accessories or equipment not supplied by the manufacturer may cause damage or malfunctioning of your appliance or result in injuries.

24. For household use only, not intended for any business purposes.

25. Do not use this unit other than its intended use.

26. CAUTION: In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal cutout, this appliance must not be supplied through an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by the utility.

DESCRIPTION OF PARTS:

HOW TO USE:

1. Place the unit onto a flat, stable surface.
2. Lift the glass cover.
3. Put the ingredients into the inner pot.
4. Wipe the side and bottom part of the pot with a dry cloth.
5. Place the pot inside the unit.
6. Put the cover on the top of the pot.
7. Plug the unit into a convenience outlet.
8. Select the desired settings. The slow cooker has 3 settings.

Low	7-8 hours	85°C - 90°C
Keep Warm	2 hours	60°C - 70°C

1. Turn the knob to desired setting. The pilot indicator turns red when the knob is set to 'Low'.

2. When the cooking is done, set the Slow Cooker to 'Warm'.

3. Unplug the unit every after use.

Note: Do not use the unit if the pot is damaged or has cracked.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Always unplug the appliance after use and allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Do not use a metal scoop because the inner pot may get damaged.
3. Do not use abrasive sponges, scouring pads, or stiff brushes to clean the appliance. The pot, and glass lid may be cleaned with mild soupy water using sponge of soft cloth.
4. Wipe the exterior surfaces and outer pot with damp cloth.
   Note: Do not immerse the unit in water or any other liquids.

CAUTION:

When cleaning, avoid using thinner, abrasives, and/or metal scrub brush. These may cause discoloration or damage to the unit.
