HOW TO USE:

1. Place the unit onto a flat and stable surface.
2. Lift the glass cover.
3. Put the ingredients on the pot.
4. Wipe the sides and bottom part of the pot with a dry cloth.
5. Place the pot inside the unit.
   Note: Do not use the unit if the pot is damaged or has cracked.
6. Put the cover on the top of the pot.
7. Plug the unit into a convenience outlet.
8. Select the desired settings. The slow cooker has 3 settings.

1. For the 'Low' mode, press the 'select' button on the control panel once. For the 'High' mode, press the select button twice and for the 'Warm' mode, press the select button three times. The light indicators under the LED display will show what mode the unit is under.

You can choose the 'Low' or 'High' setting depending on the desired cooking time.

1. To pre-set the cooking time, press the on to your desired number of hours. You can program cooking time from 30 minutes to 10 hours. Default cooking time for all settings is 6 hours.

Auto Shut-Off Feature

Once the pre-set time and setting for 'Low' and 'High' is reached, the unit will turn to 'Warm' setting. The heater will automatically shut-off if not unplugged after 6 hours.

PROGRAMMING THE COOKING TIME

1. Pressing the button once will show the default pre-set time of six (6) hours which applies to all settings (LOW, HIGH and WARM).
2. Pre-set cooking time range is from thirty (30) minutes to ten (10) hours. Just keep pressing the TIME button until the display shows your desired cooking time.
3. Every time the ISC-600DS reaches a pre-set cooking time, it automatically goes to 'Warm' setting,

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Always unplug the appliance after use and allow the appliance to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. Do not use a metal scoop because the inner pot may get damaged.
3. Do not use abrasive sponges, scouring pads, or stiff brushes to clean the appliance. The pot, and glass lid may be cleaned with mild soupy water using sponge of soft cloth.
4. Wipe the exterior surfaces and outer pot with damp cloth.
   Note: Do not immerse the unit in water or any other liquids.

CAUTION:

When cleaning, avoid using thinner, abrasives, and/or metal scrub brush. These may cause discoloration or damage to the unit.
