Frequently Asked Questions - NA-FD12VR1 PANASONIC

How do I use the Preset timer?

Press the Preset button repeatedly to set the number of hours (1-24) until the wash finishes. The machine will start automatically to finish at the set time. Note: Not all programs support Preset.

What is ECONAVI and how does it work?

ECONAVI automatically adjusts water usage and washing time based on the load size and water temperature, saving energy and water. It only works with the Normal program.

How do I clean the lint filter?

After each wash, open the filter cover near the drum, pull out the lint filter, remove lint with your fingers, and rinse under water. Reinsert firmly.

What do error codes mean?

Common errors: U (lid open), H (water cannot drain), F (water cannot supply), C (unbalanced load). Check the manual for specific troubleshooting steps.

How do I install the water supply hose?

Connect the hose to the water faucet and the washing machine inlet. Tighten nuts by hand, then turn on the water and check for leaks. Use only new hose-sets.

Can I wash a blanket or comforter?

Yes, use the Blanket program. Maximum capacity is 4.2 kg. Ensure the item has a machine-washable tag.

What is the maximum load for the Stain Master + program?

The Stain Master + program handles up to 5.0 kg of laundry. Pretreat stains before washing and select the appropriate stain type.

How do I cancel the end buzzer?

Press and hold the Cancel button for 3 seconds until the buzzer indicator turns off. Repeat to re-enable.

How do I set the Child Lock?

Press and hold the Tangle Care button for 5 seconds. The lock indicator will light up. Repeat to unlock. Note: The lid and buttons are still operable, but settings cannot be changed.

How often should I run the Tub Hygiene program?

Run the Tub Hygiene program once a month or when black mould or odor appears. Do not add laundry or detergent. Ensure the tub is empty.
