Please read the entire manual carefully before using this appliance. Follow the manual thoroughly and keep it for further reference.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION
- This appliance is intended for private use and it should not be used by institutions, hospitals or the like.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- This appliance must not be used by persons insensitive to heat and other very vulnerable persons who are unable to react to overheating.
- Not to be used by very young children (0-3 years). Children under the age of three are not to use this appliance due to their inability to react to overheating.
- This appliance is not to be used by young children over the age of three unless the controls have been pre-set by a parent or guardian or unless the child has been adequately instructed on how to operate the controls safely.
• Children shall not play with the appliance. - Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Before connecting the appliance to your power supply, please ensure that the supply voltage stated on the rating label is compatible with your mains supply.
- Check the appliance carefully before each use.
- Do not use if you notice wear, damage or signs of improper use on the appliance, the controller or the cable. Please stop using it and bring it to our after-sales service center for checking and repair.

- Use only as an appliance.
- Do not use the appliance with children or persons who are disabled, in need of care or insensitive to heat.

- During use, the controller and cable should not be covered.
- No safety pins or other pointed or sharp objects should be attached to the appliance or stuck into it.
- Never leave the appliance on when unattended.
- The device is only for private use and is not to be used in hospitals.
- Never handle the appliance that has fallen into water. Unplug it from the mains outlet immediately.

Do not use the appliance in a damp or humid environment or if the appliance itself is damp. You may only use it again once it is completely dry.

Never expose the appliance to moisture of any kind.
- Keep the mains cable away from hot surfaces.
- Never carry, pull or twist the appliance by the mains lead and do not allow the cable to become tangled or snagged.
- The appliance may only be operated with its provided control unit.
- DO NOT dry clean the appliance.
- Machine wash the removable micro fleece cover at 30°C (maximum). DO NOT wash PVC heating pad with controller. Please wipe the heating pad with dry cloth.
- When storing the appliance, allow it to cool down before folding. When storing, do not place any objects on the appliance to prevent buckling.
- People with pacemakers should consult their physicians or the manufacturer of the pacemaker before using the appliance, as the electronic and magnetic emission from this appliance can affect the pacemaker's function under certain circumstances.
- If in doubt, please contact your physician before use.
- Avoid the following situations due to the risk of electric shock:
- The electric parts must not come into contact with water or other liquids.
- Never use the appliance if it is wet or damp.
- Never attach safety pins or the sharp object to the appliance.
- The appliance must only be connected to installations corresponding to the labelling found on the appliance.
- The appliance must always remain under observation when plugged in, and it must be completely cooled before being stored away.
- Do not use it near open fire.
- Remove the appliance's plug from the power outlet after use, in case of a malfunction, or when cleaning.
- To avoid or minimize skin injury, DO NOT use on eye area.
- DO NOT use the appliance over cuts, abrasions, or open wounds.
- DO NOT use the appliance for animals.
OPERATION
- Firstly, put PVC heating pad into micro fleece cover.
- Plug the power cable into the mains outlet.
- Put the appliance on body properly (such as shoulder, back, arms, waist, neck, navel and knees)
- Select from 1-3 temperature settings of switch control by scrolling to the desired setting.
Temperature settings
Level: 0=Off (without light indicator)
1=Low heat (with light indicator)
2=Middle heat (with light indicator)
3=High heat (with light indicator)

- It takes approximately 5 - 10 minutes to reach the desired temperature. Remember that a temperature that the hand feels warm on may be extremely hot for the feet.
- There is a odour when you first time to use the heating pad which is normal. This odour is completely harmless, but be sure to air the heating pad after it has been used for the first time.
- Begin by heating the heating pad to the highest heat level. After 15 minutes the temperature can be adjusted to the desired level.
- The heating pad's heating function shuts off automatically after 90 minutes. If you wish to reheat the heating pad after 90 minutes, simply set the heat level back to 0 for approximately 5-10 minutes. You can then select the desired heat level once again. The heating pad is equipped with overheating control.
- Unplug the heating pad when it is not in use.
IMPORTANT: SWITCH OFF THE HEATING PAD WHEN YOU DO NOT NEED HEATING. ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE POWER PLUG FROM THE SOCKET OUTLET WHEN YOU DO NOT USE IT. AVOID APPLYING PRESSURE ON THE SWITCH.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Always disconnect the power plug from the socket outlet and let it cool down completely after use.
- Remove the micro fleece cover from the heating pad was wash it. It can be washed by hand and machine (maximum at 30°C)
- Please ensure the micro fleece cover is completely dry before using with heating pad.
- The PVC heating pad must not come into contact with water due to the risk of electric shock. Please wipe the heating pad with dry cloth.
NOTE: DO NOT dip the controller or cable into water or liquid which will be damaged and excluded in the warranty.

Please first check that the appliance is in good shape and is not damaged in any way. In case of doubt, do not use the blanket and contact our service centre.

The packaging can be reused or recycled. Please dispose properly of any packaging material no longer required.
WARNING: Please ensure that the polythene packing is kept away from the reach of children! Risk of suffocation!
CAUTION FOR STORAGE
- Store heating pad only when it is dry.
- DO NOT dry the heating pad in the sun or iron it, as this will cause safety problems because of the aging of the insulating layer.
- DO NOT use any mothproofing agent such as Naphthalene as this will damage the insulation material.
- The cable should not be pressed on sharp objects when stored. DO NOT allow the cable to become tangled or snagged.
- Keep the mains cable away from hot surfaces.
- The appliance must be kept away from fire.
- Please keep out of reach of children.
