What should I do if I forgot the parental lock password?
The default password is 0000. If you changed it and forgot, you can reset the DTV application to factory defaults via the Option menu (Restore To Default) or perform a full system reset. Contact STRONG support if needed.
Why is there no signal or weak reception?
Check that all cables (aerial, satellite, or cable) are securely connected. Ensure your dish or antenna is correctly aligned and not obstructed. For satellite, verify LNB settings and signal strength. Heavy rain or storms can temporarily affect reception.
How can I record a TV programme?
Connect a USB storage device with sufficient free space. In DTV mode, press the (record) button to start recording. Press to stop. You can schedule recordings via the EPG or Schedule List. Ensure the storage device is selected in the PVR File System menu.
What is Timeshift and how do I use it?

How do I connect to the internet?
Go to Settings > Network. Choose either Ethernet (connect an RJ45 cable from your router) or Wi-Fi (select your network and enter the password). The TV supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n.
Can I install apps from the Google Play Store?
Yes. From the Home screen, go to Apps, open Google Play Store. You will need a Google account. Browse and install apps as desired. Note that some apps may not work optimally due to missing hardware (touchscreen, GPS, etc.).
How do I clean the TV screen safely?
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the screen and casing. Do not use any liquid cleaners, sprays, or abrasive materials. Avoid pressing hard on the screen to prevent damage.
What does the 'System Standby' setting do?
When enabled, the TV will automatically switch to standby after 3 hours of no remote control activity, to save power. You can disable this in the DTV Option menu under System Standby.
Where can I find the latest firmware updates?
