Frequently Asked Questions - TSA3538 Teesa

How do I clean the blender jar?
Rinse the jar immediately after use. Fill with warm water and a drop of dish soap, then run the blender on pulse for 10 seconds. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. The blade assembly can be removed for deeper cleaning.
Can I crush ice with this blender?
Yes, the TSA3538 is suitable for crushing ice. Use the pulse function and add a small amount of liquid to prevent strain on the motor.
What is the maximum capacity for hot liquids?
Do not blend hot liquids above 60°C (140°F). Allow liquids to cool before blending to avoid pressure buildup and potential lid ejection.
Is the jar dishwasher safe?
The jar is not dishwasher safe. Hand washing with mild detergent is recommended to maintain clarity and prevent damage to seals.
Why does the blender stop suddenly?
The blender has an overload protection feature that shuts off the motor if it overheats. Unplug the unit, let it cool for 15 minutes, and reduce the load before restarting.
How do I remove the blade assembly for cleaning?
Ensure the blender is unplugged. Unscrew the bottom of the jar counter-clockwise. The blade assembly can be removed and washed separately. Handle blades with care.
Can I replace the jar if it breaks?
Yes, replacement jars and blade assemblies are available. Contact Teesa customer service or check authorized retailers for compatible spare parts.
What type of warranty does the TSA3538 have?
Teesa typically offers a 2-year warranty on blenders. Register your product online or keep the purchase receipt for service.
How do I avoid leaks from the lid?
Ensure the lid is properly aligned and pressed down until it clicks. The seal must be clean and free of debris. Do not overfill beyond the max line.
Can I blend nuts or dry ingredients?
The blender is designed for wet blending. For dry ingredients like nuts, use short pulses with a small amount of liquid to prevent damage to the blades.
