3 Installing driver

Insert the driver CD into the drive and then insert the Wi-Fi adapter into a free USB 2.0 port (or higher) on your computer.

Access the contents of the driver CD and navigate to the "Drivers" subfolder and then to "Windows". Now run the Setup.exe.

Setup

Please accept the confirmation prompt that follows by clicking "Yes".

This starts the installation wizard. You need to agree to the terms of license agreement to start the installation. Then press the "Next" button.

In the next window you are asked if you want to install the "WLAN Utility" software as well. Windows already provides all the basic functions and there is no need to install the additional software.

Click "Next" and then "Install" in the following installing window. The installation starts.

Click "Finish" after installation is completed. The Wi-Fi adapter is now ready to be used.

Note: With the help of the practical WPS button (WiFi Protected Setup) it is easy to integrate the adapter with just one click into your wireless network. A secure connection will be installed automatically without any manual network key configuration. This function will only work with an installed software.
