How do I descale my K-Café?
Use Keurig Descaling Solution. Empty reservoir, add solution and water to fill line, run brew cycles without a K-Cup until reservoir empty, then rinse with fresh water.
Why is my coffee not hot enough?
Ensure the machine is preheated. The first cup may be cooler; run a water-only cycle first. Also check if the brew size is too large for proper heating.
How do I clean the needle?
Turn off and unplug. Remove the K-Cup holder assembly. Use a paper clip to gently dislodge any debris in the exit needle. Rinse the holder with warm water.
What brew sizes does it support?
