How to set the temperature of the CPR615NX warming drawer?

Use the touch controls to adjust the temperature between 30 °C and 85 °C. Press the + or – button to select the desired temperature. The LED indicator flashes during heating and becomes steady when the temperature is reached.

Can the warming drawer be used to defrost food?

Yes, the defrost function uses a gentle temperature (around 35 °C) to gradually defrost food without cooking it. Place the food on the rack and set the appropriate temperature.

How to clean the inside of the drawer?

Unplug the appliance and wait for it to cool down. Clean the stainless steel interior with a soft cloth dampened with warm water and a non-abrasive cleaner. Dry thoroughly. Avoid metal sponges.
