How do I change the dust bag?

When the DUST FULL LAMP lights up or you notice reduced suction, open the dust bag compartment, remove the full bag, and replace with a new paper or micro bag (models VP-90 or VP-78M). Dispose of the old bag properly.

How do I clean the filters?

Clean the inlet filter and outlet filter regularly. Remove the filter, tap off dust or wash under running water (if marked washable). Let them dry completely before reinstalling. Do not operate the vacuum without filters.

Why is my vacuum losing suction?

Check if the dust bag is full, filters are clogged, or there is a blockage in the hose, pipe, or floor nozzle. Also ensure the suction control is set to a higher level. Refer to the troubleshooting section.

How do I unblock the hose or pipe?

Detach the hose and telescopic pipe. Look for blockages. For the telescopic pipe, shorten it to make clearing easier. Remove any debris with a long object or by tapping.

What accessories are included and how do I use them?

Included: crevice tool (3Way brush), dusting brush, upholstery tool. Attach them to the hose handle. The telescopic pipe length can be adjusted. For pet hair, the optional Power Turbo Plus is recommended.

How do I replace the battery in the remote handle?

If the handle control stops working, replace the two AAA batteries. Open the battery compartment, insert new batteries with correct polarity, and close. Do not recharge or dispose of batteries in fire.

What should I do if the power cord does not rewind fully?

Pull out the cord for about 2-3 meters, then press the cord rewind button. If it still doesn't rewind, check for kinks or obstructions. Do not force the cord.

Can I use the vacuum to pick up water or wet debris?

No. This vacuum is for dry use only. Do not vacuum wet surfaces or liquids. Doing so may cause electric shock or damage the unit.

How do I clean the Power Turbo Plus brush?

If the brushbar stops rotating due to tangled hair or fibers, open the transparent cover, remove the brushbar, and cut away tangled material with scissors. Clean the brush housing with a dry cloth or crevice tool.

Where can I purchase spare parts like dust bags and filters?

Spare parts can be bought from the retailer where you purchased the vacuum or from Samsung authorized service centers. Use genuine parts: dust bags (VP-78M or VP-90) and filters.

Handle Control

The cleaner is controlled by using infrared signals.

Don't cover the handle sender when you use a handle control button.

If the remote handle control is not working, the cleaner can be operated using the ON/OFF button on the body of the machine.

OPTIONAL - Digital Signal

[YX	The filter light is illuminated when the dusk pack requires checking or emptying. An audio signal will also sound.

3	The INFRARED light indicates the part that receives the infra-red signal from the handle control.

USING ACCESSORY

Accessory

- Push the accessory onto the end of the hose handle

- Pull out and turn the dusting brush for cleaning delicate areas.

- To use the upholstery tool, push the accessory onto the end of the hose handle in the opposite direction.

Pipe

- Adjust the length of the telescopic pipe by sliding the length control button located in the center of the telescopic pipe back and forth.

- To check for blockages, separate the telescopic pipe and adjust to shorten. This allows for easier removal of waste clogging the tube.

3Way Brush

- Adjust the inlet lever according to the floor surface.

- Remove waste matter completely if the inlet is blocked.

Power Turbo Plus (Option)

For improved pick-up of pet hair and fibre on carpets.

Frequent vacuuming of hair or pet fur may cause a falling-off of the rotation due to matters tangled around the drum. In this case, clean the drum with care.

1. Push the Open button on the transparent screen cover to separate the cover.

1. Remove the brushbar from the transparent screen.

1. Remove waste matter such as dust and hair tangled around the brushbar using scissors.

1. Remove dust inside the brush housing using a dry duster or crevice tool.

1. Insert brushbar into rotating belt and assemble.

1. Click the transparent screen cover back into place to reassemble.

- When the Assy Panel Control is pulled up very strongly, it is possible the Assy Panel Control is separated for the safety of the product. In this case, just reassemble the Assy Panel Control. This is not a malfunction.
