How to replace the washing machine door seal?

To replace the door seal, disconnect the appliance and turn off the water supply. Remove the top, control panel, door and pump cover. Unfasten the seal from the front panel and reassemble in reverse order using plastic tools for the clamp.

How to clean the detergent drawer?

Open the detergent drawer, press the insertion lever and remove it. Clean it with warm water and dry it thoroughly before reassembling. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

How to access the control panel?

Turn off the power and water supply. Remove the top by unscrewing the screws at the back and pushing it backward. Remove the detergent drawer, then the control panel screws, finally disconnect the connectors to remove the panel.

What to do if the door does not open?

Check that the cycle is finished. If water remains, use the drain program or pump filter. If child lock is activated, disable it. In case of mechanical blockage, the door lock may be faulty.

How to change the pump cover?

Disconnect the appliance. Open the pump cover (located bottom right) and remove it. For installation, proceed in reverse order.

What are the weight and dimensions of the appliance?

The dimensions are approximately 85 cm (height) x 60 cm (width) x 65 cm (depth). The net weight is approximately 75 kg.

How to replace the drum light?

Disconnect the appliance. Remove the top, detergent drawer and control panel. Remove the drum light bracket, disconnect electrical connections and remove the bulb from its holder. Reassemble in reverse order.

Consult the user manual for the meaning of the code. Common codes indicate a drainage problem, overload or sensor issue. Reset the appliance by unplugging for 1 minute. If the code persists, contact customer service.

How to change the door lock?

Danger of electric shock: after replacement, a safety test according to VDE 0701 is mandatory. Remove the top, control panel, door, clamp, front panel and seal. Disconnect the lock connector and free it. Reassemble in reverse order.

3.8 Replacing door lock

As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide consumers with the spare part door lock including repair instructions in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2023. However, we would like to point out that after replacing a door lock, an electrotechnical safety test by a qualified electrician is required before the device is put into operation. This person must be verifiably qualified according to the country-specific laws, regulations and standards.
