How to remove the top of my Bosch WAX32M92 washing machine?

Unplug the appliance and turn off the water supply. Remove the screws at the back of the top, then push the top backwards and lift it off. Refer to section 3.1 of the manual.

How to replace the door seal?

Replacing the door seal requires removing the detergent drawer, door, pump cover, and front panel. Follow the steps in section 3.7. Wear gloves to avoid cuts.

What to do if the door does not open after a cycle?

Check that the cycle is finished and water is drained. If the problem persists, it may be a faulty door lock. See section 3.8 for replacement.

How to clean the pump filter?

Open the pump cover at the bottom right of the appliance. Remove the cover by turning it counterclockwise and clean the filter. Reinstall and close.

Can I repair the control panel myself?

Yes, the repair manual describes how to remove and install the control panel (section 3.2). You must first remove the top and detergent drawer. Be careful with electrical connectors.

Where to find spare parts for my model?

Contact Bosch customer service or check the parts list in the manual. Part numbers are listed in the manual (e.g., [00341272] for the Torx bit).

How to change the drum light?

First remove the top, detergent drawer, and control panel. Take out the light bracket, disconnect the connectors, and replace the light. See section 3.9.

What to do if an error code is displayed?

Check the error code section in the user manual. The most common codes indicate a drainage problem, overheating, or door lock issue.

How to replace the detergent drawer handle?

Remove the detergent drawer by pressing the internal catch. Then unclip the handle and install the new one. Steps are described in section 3.4.

Is it safe to repair the appliance yourself?

The manual is intended for consumers and complies with regulations. However, for electrical work (e.g., door lock), call a qualified electrician for a safety test according to standard VDE 0701.

3.8 Replacing door lock

As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide consumers with the spare part door lock including repair instructions in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2023. However, we would like to point out that after replacing a door lock, an electrotechnical safety test by a qualified electrician is required before the device is put into operation. This person must be verifiably qualified according to the country-specific laws, regulations and standards.
