How to use the delayed start on my Bosch WAV28L90BY washing machine?

Press the Delayed start button until the desired time is displayed (from 1 to 24 hours). Confirm with Start/Pause. The machine will start automatically at the programmed time.

What to do if the washing machine does not turn on?

Check that the plug is properly connected and the circuit breaker has not tripped. Make sure the door is properly closed. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

How to clean the pump filter?

Unplug the machine. Open the lower flap (using a screwdriver if necessary). Place a container to collect water, unscrew the filter, and clean it. Screw it back and close the flap.

Why is my laundry still damp after spinning?

This may be due to a low spin speed or overload. Select a higher speed (1400 rpm) or reduce the load. Also check that the filter is not clogged.

How to activate child lock?

Press the Child lock button (often indicated by a padlock) for 3 seconds until the symbol appears. To deactivate, repeat the operation.

Which program to use for delicate laundry?

Use the Delicates or Wool program with a low temperature (30°C or less) and reduced spin speed to protect fibers.

How to resolve error code E16 on my Bosch?

Code E16 indicates a drainage problem. Clean the pump filter and check that the drain hose is not kinked or blocked. Restart the machine.

What is the maximum wash capacity?

3.8 Replacing door lock

As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide consumers with the spare part door lock including repair instructions in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2023. However, we would like to point out that after replacing a door lock, an electrotechnical safety test by a qualified electrician is required before the device is put into operation. This person must be verifiably qualified according to the country-specific laws, regulations and standards.
