How to resolve an error code on the display?

Consult the manual for the meaning of the code. Common codes include E:10 (water inlet problem), E:18 (blocked drain). Try restarting the appliance after unplugging and plugging back in.

The drum does not turn, what to do?

First check that the door is properly closed. Then check the pump filter and detergent drawer for any blockage. If the problem persists, a malfunction of the motor or electronic board is possible.

My washing machine is leaking, what to check?

Inspect the door seal for cracks or dirt. Check the inlet and drain hose connections. Clean the pump filter. If the leak persists, the drain hose or pump may be defective.

How to clean the pump filter?

Unplug the appliance, open the pump cover (bottom right), place a container, unscrew the cap, remove and clean the filter. Reassemble in reverse order.

What to do in case of abnormal noise during washing?

Check that the appliance is level and the feet are properly adjusted. Make sure no foreign objects (coins, buttons) are stuck in the drum or filter. A rubbing noise may indicate a worn door seal.

The door remains locked, how to open it?

Wait 2-3 minutes after the cycle ends; if it remains locked, unplug the appliance for 5 minutes. Use the emergency unlock cord located behind the pump cover (pull downward).

The control panel does not respond, what to do?

Perform a reset by unplugging the appliance for 10 minutes. Check the condition of the electronic board and connections. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Why is the washing program very long?

This can be due to overload, a blocked filter or a defective drain pump. Also make sure the water inlet valve is open and the water pressure is sufficient.

How to avoid bad odors in the washing machine?

Run a cleaning cycle at 60°C or higher with a cleaning product. Leave the door and detergent drawer slightly open after each use to air out. Clean the door seal regularly.

How to replace the door seal?

Consult the repair manual (section 3.7). It details removing the front panel, the clamping ring, and installing the new seal. It is recommended to wear protective gloves.

1.2 Explanation of symbols

1.2.1 Danger levels

The warning levels consist of a symbol and a signal word. The signal word indicates the severity of the danger.

3.8 Replacing door lock

As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide consumers with the spare part door lock including repair instructions in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2023. However, we would like to point out that after replacing a door lock, an electrotechnical safety test by a qualified electrician is required before the device is put into operation. This person must be verifiably qualified according to the country-specific laws, regulations and standards.
