How to install and level the washing machine WAX32EH0BY?

Place the appliance on a stable and level floor. Use a spirit level to check horizontality. Adjust the feet by turning them clockwise or counterclockwise until the appliance is stable. Once leveled, tighten the lock nuts with a flat wrench.

What to do before the first wash?

Before the first wash, run a Drum cleaning cycle at 60 °C without laundry to remove manufacturing residues. Use a little powder detergent. Make sure all transport bolts have been removed.

What does error code E:30 mean?

The code E:30 indicates a drainage problem. Check that the drain hose is not kinked or blocked. Clean the drain pump filter (see manual). If the problem persists, contact customer service.

How to clean the drain pump filter?

Unplug the appliance and open the lower flap. Place a container under the filter. Turn the filter counterclockwise and remove it. Remove lint and residues. Put the filter back and close the flap.

Which detergents to use?

Use detergents suitable for front-loading washing machines, preferably powder for white laundry and liquid for colors. Follow the dosages indicated on the packaging. For low temperature cycles, use liquid detergent.

How to start a cold cotton cycle?

Select the Cotton program on the selector. Press the Temperature button until the display shows '--' or 'cold'. Adjust the spin speed if necessary and press Start.

What to do if the washing machine makes an abnormal noise during spinning?

An abnormal noise may be caused by an unbalanced load. Distribute the laundry evenly in the drum. Check that the feet are properly leveled. If the noise persists, check that no foreign objects (coins, keys) are stuck in the drum.

How does the AquaStop system work?

The AquaStop system protects against water leaks. It includes a double-walled water inlet hose and a safety solenoid valve. In case of a leak, the water supply is automatically shut off. This system is guaranteed for life.

How to set a delayed start?

Select the desired program. Press the Delayed start button repeatedly until the desired time (e.g., 3 h). The corresponding indicator flashes. Press Start; the cycle will start at the programmed time.

How to maintain the door seal?

After each wash, wipe the door seal with a dry cloth to prevent moisture buildup and mold. Clean it regularly with a mild, non-abrasive product. Check that no objects are stuck in the folds of the seal.

1.2.1 Danger levels

The warning levels consist of a symbol and a signal word. The signal word indicates the severity of the danger.

3.8 Replacing door lock

As a manufacturer, we are obliged to provide consumers with the spare part door lock including repair instructions in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2023. However, we would like to point out that after replacing a door lock, an electrotechnical safety test by a qualified electrician is required before the device is put into operation. This person must be verifiably qualified according to the country-specific laws, regulations and standards.
